Bolyarovo
is in the valley of the Popovska River- a tributary of the Toundja. Nearby are the Malko Sharkovo Dam, the Stefan Karadjovo Mineral Mater Baths, a halcolithic burial mound and the Pashakyoy Fortress, built in the late Antiquity and used in the Middle Ages.
