Malko Turnovo
is a small town in the heart of the Strandja Mountains. Places of interest include the Eastern Orthodox Church, the Holy Trinity Eastern Catholic church - the third most important church in this country- ancient houses and numerous historic sites. If you want to experience local hospitality, it is wise to stay at one of the houses in the town.

The Malko Turnovo Museum Complex comprises three houses with exhibits comprising ancient artifacts, icon- painting, the history of the national liberation movement in the Strandja region, ethnography, and a photo exhibition.
Strandja places of special interest include two domed Thracian tombs in the nearby localities of Propada and Mishkova Niva.
